​Established in 1999 originally as Restoration Park Cities, and with over 40 years of combined experience on our team, Koonsman & Co is a residential remodeling and interior design firm.

We specialize in residential, high end, innovative and custom building, remodeling and design using the highest quality state of the art craftmanship. We walk each client through the (often complicated) process of remodeling, from design concept to the final punch list walk through.

We understand that your home is the most personal thing and we pride ourselves on our ability to get to know each client individually to create the best home for YOU.

  • Koonsman & Co. is a family-owned and operated business that’s been proudly serving Dallas homeowners since 1999. Our fully integrated design-build approach means everything from concept to completion is handled under one roof, creating a smoother, more efficient process with clear communication at every step.

  • Once you reach out, we begin with a discovery call to learn about your goals, style, and scope. From there, we move into a pre-engagement phase where we develop a conceptual plan, coordinate walkthroughs with subcontractors, and prepare a preliminary estimate. Once aligned, we formally onboard you, assign your Project Manager, and begin the detailed design and build process. You’ll always know what’s next — we guide you through every step.

  • We typically focus on full-home renovations or substantial, multi-room projects that allow for thoughtful, cohesive design and planning.
