From there, we move into a pre-engagement phase where we develop a conceptual plan, coordinate walkthroughs with subcontractors, and prepare a preliminary estimate. Once aligned, we formally onboard you, assign your Project Manager, and begin the detailed design and build process. You’ll always know what’s next — we guide you through every step.

Do you work on partial remodels or only full-home renovations?

We typically focus on full-home renovations or substantial, multi-room projects that allow for thoughtful, cohesive design and planning. This ensures we deliver the quality and attention to detail we’re known for. If you’re unsure if your project qualifies, we’re always happy to have a conversation.

What if I already have a designer and just need build?

Absolutely! While we’re a full-service design-build firm, we’re also happy to collaborate. If you already have a designer and are simply looking for a trusted builder to bring your plans to life, we’re more than happy to work alongside your team. Likewise, we also offer standalone design services.

How long will my project take?

Project timelines vary based on size, scope, and complexity. On average, a full-home renovation may take 9-18 months from design through completion. During onboarding, we’ll create a tailored timeline and keep you informed of progress through regular meetings and your Buildertrend portal.

Yes! Our in-house design team works closely with you to curate selections that reflect your vision and suit your lifestyle. We guide you through cabinetry, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and more — with a clear finishes schedule to keep everything organised and on track.

What’s included in your pricing?

We believe in transparency so we work on Cost+ Contracts. You'll receive a clear scope of work, budget estimate, and payment schedule. Any changes are documented through formal change orders for your review and approval. There are no surprise costs — just clear, upfront communication.

How will we communicate during the project?

We use Buildertrend, a project management platform that gives you real-time access to updates, photos, schedules, documents, and messaging. You’ll also have bi-weekly check-ins with your team to ensure alignment. From kickoff to completion, we’re committed to keeping communication clear and proactive.
